First, you will open windows 7 update settings and you will choose ; "Install updates automatically (recommended)"

and then you will download below two programs.

1. Program:

For 32 Bit Windows 7

After download two programs, you will set up in order ;

First step you will run windows update agent but your system 32 bit or 64 bit you need to learn and then you will run program.

After finish you will restart your system.

Second step you will run windows update program, after finish second program you will make restart again.

After restart your system ready now for update. Now you can start windows update and wait for update.
